Mr. Alshamsan an attorney at law with experience in local and international Law for more than 30 years, He is the founder and manager of Alshamsan law firm and consultations since 2014, before that he spent over 20 years as Senior Legal Advisor in SIDF, SCSB and SME Program, and more than 7 years as a Lawyer in private sector, In addition, “Alshamsan” has greatly focused on advancing his educational achievements where he has intensive courses and Legal training in UK Law Firms in English commercial law.
Mr. Alshamsan attended University of Denver for one year studding English Language, Colorado, USA. During 1993-1994 and enrolled in English and company law intensive diploma during 1995. Mr. Alshamsan has experience in company law, administrative law, investment law, labor law, real state law and financials law.

- Prepared (450) agreements, foreclose mortgages and solved (95) cases in favor of Saudi Industrial Development Fund.
- Participated in restructuring the Saudi Credit and Saving Bank regulations for its SME programs. This included re-drafting lending contracts, job classifications, and reorganizing the mortgage in favor of the bank. This also involved offering many legal studies to support the bank’s capabilities in the field of finance.
- Supervised and followed up with (40) cases and issued (2000) guarantees in favor of SME programs (KAFALAH).
- Supervised the execution (1500) lease agreements in favor of ANAL Finance Company.
- obtained leasing and lending License from SAMA for ANAL Finance Company.
- Registered foreign companies under MISA regulations.
- Registered Saudi companies under MOC regulations.
